Return & Refund Policy

 

At WichNova, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging. 

We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer. To start a return, please contact us at wichnova.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will need to send the item back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are not available at this time — if you want a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible.
